We offer flexible one-to-one support and we will allocate each individual with a dedicated keyworker, who will work alongside the person to help them decide on goals and ways to achieve them. We aim to support each individual to build their strengths and develop daily living skills, as well as tools to help manage life and mental health as independently as possible.

We support each individual to manage their tenancy and find move on accommodation, by also encouraging people to develop their skills, training, access volunteering opportunities and employment if possible.

Peer support is also available at Crystal Homes through our partner in delivering this service.

We have designed group sessions to support further development of skills and abilities and continue to inform the format of the groups depending on need.

Some typical groups include: managing self, budgeting, confidence building, managing relationships, etc

We accept referrals from all London boroughs and outside London, residents aged 18+ years with eligible mental health related social care needs (as per Care Act 2014 eligibility criteria).

We accept referrals from CMHT, Housing departments, Social Care teams, self-referrals, voluntary organisations or individuals at risk of deteriorating mental health, who do not currently meet eligibility criteria but would likely to do so if they do not receive a preventative service.
